Terms & Agreement

1. Membership Overview

The Founders Club is an early-supporter program created to help fund and activate the first phase of

Bear’s Lair. Membership grants access to specific benefits as outlined in the program sheet, subject to

reasonable updates over time.

2. Membership Fee

The membership fee is a minimum of $100, with optional additional contributions at the Member’s

discretion. Membership fees are non-refundable.

3. Membership Benefits & Limitations

Benefits include Lifetime Founder Status, Members-Only Rates, Private Founders Events, Early

Access to Select Amenities, and Exclusive Merchandise. Benefits do not guarantee lodging availability,

event attendance, or specific dates.

4. Event Participation & Property Access

Participation in events or property access involves inherent risks. The Member voluntarily assumes all

risks. The Company is not responsible for injuries, accidents, or property damage.

5. Use of Amenities

Sauna, wellness deck, and trail use may require scheduling. Access may be restricted for safety,

weather, or maintenance.

6. Membership Is Non-Transferable

Membership cannot be transferred or sold without written approval.

7. Communication & Updates

Members agree to receive email communications related to updates, events, benefits, and safety

notices.

8. Project Delays & Expectations

Timelines may shift due to construction, permitting, supply chain, weather, or unforeseen factors.

9. Termination of Membership

The Company may revoke membership for unsafe behavior, property damage, or misconduct. No

refunds for revoked memberships.

10. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Idaho.

11. Acceptance of Terms

Payment confirms acceptance of all terms listed in this Agreement.
